Toddlers particularly enjoy playing outside and spend long periods of time in this area. During a dough activity, pre-school children talk about the balls of dough they have made and use words, such as 'big', 'small', 'triangle', 'circle', and 'cross'. They are thoroughly engrossed in their play and highly skilled staff extend their learning through exceptional teaching and high-quality interactions.
p.3

This helps children to develop excellent self-care skills in readiness for school. Children take part in enjoyable physical exercise and access fresh air on a daily basis. This contributes to their excellent health and well-being.
