The provision does not meet requirements

 The childminder shows limited capacity to improve. She has not met the actions set at her last inspection. Her knowledge of how to promote children's welfare, safety and learning is poor.  The childminder's safeguarding policy is not in line with the procedures of the Local Safeguarding Children Board. Her knowledge of safeguarding matters is weak.  The childminder does not make robust risk assessments. She has not assessed or suitably addressed all hazards in her home environment, including the risks associated with use of a large trampoline. This compromises children's safety.  The childminder lacks knowledge of how children learn. She does not know how to observe, assess or plan effectively to help children progress in all areas of learning.  The childminder is unaware of the requirement to review the progress of children aged between two and three years and to share a summary of their progress with parents.

The provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
