The provision does not meet requirements

 The childminder does not have an up-to-date knowledge of wider child protection issues. For example, she is not familiar with all the signs that may indicate a child being exposed to extreme ideas about right and wrong, and the significance of monitoring prolonged gaps in children's attendance.  The childminder does not understand her role to obtain written permission from parents prior to administering all medication to children in her care. She cannot provide evidence that she records all accidents and injuries to children, while in her care.  The childminder does not understand her role to secure her premises at all times, such as during children's collection times.  The childminder knows how to help children settle in and foster their emotional well- being.  The childminder understands how to promote children's good progress. The provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
