The provision does not meet requirements

 The childminder does not have a sound understanding of the areas of learning and development and how to support children's good progress, and their readiness for the eventual move on to school.  The childminder has not reflected sufficiently on her knowledge of statutory requirements to ensure that she responds to these and addresses any professional development needs.  The childminder has taken action in response to some of the issues raised at the last inspection. She now has evidence of an appropriate qualification in paediatric first aid. The childminder has made progress in establishing effective links with other early years providers.  The childminder describes the importance of partnership working with parents from the start, to help support their children's care and learning. The childminder understands that identifying individual children's needs, helps her to implement appropriate routines

The provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
