The provision does not meet requirements
Safeguarding is ineffective. The manager does not know how to recognise the signs and symptoms of abuse and the designated safeguarding person has not attended a child protection training course. They lack knowledge of the procedures to report concerns or what to do if an allegation is made against a member of staff. This is also a breach of the requirements of the Childcare Register. The leaders do not understand how to plan a programme of activities to capture children's interests and inspire them to join in. This was raised as an area for improvement at the previous inspection but has not been addressed. The leaders know how to organise staff and maintain appropriate staffing ratios. The manager knows how to support children's health and physical well-being. The manager demonstrates that he is able to work cooperatively with parents and exchange information to support continuity of care for children.

The provision does not meet requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
