and young people since the most recent full inspection
This home was judged to require improvement at the last full inspection in May 2015. At this interim inspection, and the previous three interim inspections, the home was ‘not judged’. The home has been closed for two years and three months. The registered provider has indicated that the home will not be operational for another three months. Should the home decide to accept young people, it is required to inform Ofsted of its intention before it does so. An experienced manager has been appointed to manage this home. She will submit an application to register with Ofsted before the home becomes operational. Currently, there is no staff team in place and new staff are being recruited. The registered provider plans to vary the home’s conditions of registration from caring for children and young people who may have emotional and/or behavioural difficulties to Inspection report children's home: SC059753 2 caring for children and young people with learning disabilities.
