This provision is outstanding
The managers combine their excellent understanding of how children learn with their very well developed leadership skills to continuously support and develop all staff. This helps staff to plan a range of highly creative activities that encourages children to use their explorative and independence skills. Staff use their excellent teaching skills to provide children with a very rich and stimulating environment. Children are extremely enthusiastic learners. They are inquisitive and play cooperatively with each other, concentrating on being successful. Staff encourage children extremely well to use their imagination. For instance, children have immense fun as they practise movements, such as wobbling like a jellyfish and stretching out to the side like a starfish. Children have very high levels of behaviour and confidence. For example, they willingly talk about the activities and the routines of the pre-school with visitors. Older children

develop a significantly positive level of respect and care for others who may be younger or need additional support. Partnerships with parents are excellent. Parents are involved very significantly with the care and progress their children make. They are very proud and keep scrapbooks about their children's learning at the setting and at home. The relationships between staff at the setting and other early years professionals, including schools the children attend, are excellent. Inspection activities
The inspector observed the children at play inside and outside, and talked with the children about their activities. The inspector held discussions with the manager in relation to observations of children's learning and assessed the impact this has on their progress. The inspector looked at a range of documentation, including suitability checks, qualifications and children's records. The inspector held discussions with parents and staff. Children and the management team provided the inspector with a tour of the setting and explained the activities, routines and expectations.
p.2

of where to seek help for any concerns regarding children's welfare or safety.
p.3
Quality of teaching, learning and assessment is outstanding
All staff talk extremely confidently about their key children and their next steps for learning. They expertly extend and develop children's enthusiasm and own ideas in their learning. For example, when children ask to play with the 'magic potion' bottles, staff provide a broad range of materials for them to use, including leaves, soil, flower heads, foam, toy mice and sparkly jewelled water. The activities thoroughly engage and motivate all children. For example, in the water play children excitedly fill jugs and tip the water down pipes to float their coloured boats. They enthusiastically use numbers, and talk about colours and why the boats float.
p.3
Personal development, behaviour and welfare are outstanding
Children have excellent relationships with all staff and the other children. They settle quickly, which helps them to be extremely happy and resilient learners. For example, in small language groups children are encouraged to listen very carefully and to answer questions, with staff making excellent use of toys to help extend and support their learning. When children are shy, staff skilfully help them to overcome their lack of confidence. For instance, staff talk sensitively and softly, and celebrate with them when children achieve. Children manage their own behaviour exceptionally well. For example, they choose a sand timer to help them take turns on the tree swing and help younger children by suggesting playing catch as they wait their turn.
p.3
Outcomes for children are outstanding
Children talk with exceptional confidence to express their ideas and ask questions. They have an excellent interest in books and are very keen to bring books from home to support a current topic. They love to hear their story read to the group. Older children are highly confident when they write their names. Children's mathematical language skills and problem-solving abilities are extremely well developed. Children develop an increasingly excellent knowledge of how to keep themselves healthy. For example, they all feel their heartbeat before they dance and recognise it beats much faster afterwards.
