From a very young age, they use excellent manners and demonstrate caring cooperation and respect for each other.  The childminder uses her comprehensive knowledge and experience exceptionally well to continually reflect and ensure her practice is of the highest quality. Since the last inspection, she has greatly improved the variety of opportunities for children to make marks in exciting ways that capture all of their needs and interests each day.  The childminder provides an extremely stimulating learning environment, with an

Effectiveness of the leadership and management is outstanding

The childminder works exceptionally hard to ensure children make excellent progress in their learning. She monitors their progress and her professional development very closely to ensure it has a highly positive impact on the quality of the provision and her teaching. For example, she works extremely closely with a local primary school to gain experience in delivering early phonics programmes accurately to the children in her care. The childminder uses self-evaluation expertly to focus on how she can continuously improve her practices. This has led her to identify how training to extend her skills in supporting children to gain even stronger self-control will increase their personal development further. Safeguarding is effective.
