Children have an excellent awareness of safety and skilfully manage risks as they explore and exercise in the extremely challenging outdoor learning environment. For example, they have extensive opportunities to develop their excellent physical skills, such as when climbing rope ladders, walls and trees.
p.3

Babies are extremely curious about the world around them and show great fascination as they explore frozen paint. Older children have excellent early literacy skills. They begin to sound out words and confidently write their names. They have impressive mathematical understanding and pay exceptional attention to detail, such as during creative activities. Children thrive on responsibilities, such as preparing their own snacks, and have an outstanding understanding of healthy lifestyles. They rapidly gain the skills needed for their next stages in learning and for school.
