All staff playfully engage in children's activities. They expertly provide commentary and introduce new vocabulary to extend children's communication and language skills even further. Children have high levels of concentration and staff use questioning carefully; helping them to become expert problem solvers. Older children have an extremely clear vision of their own next steps in learning. They actively seek out imaginative ways to achieve the mini goals on their target ladder and take delight in driving their own learning.

They follow positive hygiene routines and spend as much time as they choose in the fresh air.
p.3
