Staff fully understand their duty to prevent children from being drawn into situations that put them at significant risk of harm. The manager is highly vigilant about reviewing the quality of the provision. For example, she creates an excellent culture of reflective practice including monitoring and completing in-depth evaluations of the quality of children's activities and staff practice.
