The provision does not meet requirements

 The childminder does not meet all requirements for the Early Years Register and the Childcare Register. She does not ensure that the premises are fit for purpose or meet health and safety requirements, particularly in relation to hygiene and fire safety. The premises are not suitable to meet children's needs or ensure their health and safety.  The childminder fails to identify and eliminate all risks and hazards to children. She does not implement an emergency evacuation procedure to safeguard children's welfare in the case of an emergency or ensure all fire exits are continuously accessible.  The childminder knows how to use observations and assessment to plan for and monitor children's future learning, in partnership with their parents.  The childminder understands how to protect children from harm outside her home. She knows the signs that would cause concern about a child's welfare and how to report

p.1

The provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
