    Summary of complaint

On the 20th November 2016, we received information that raised concern about the provider's ability to safeguard children and meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. At the inspection, we looked at the concerns, in particular, the requirements relating to: safeguarding practice, safeguarding policy, complaints and changes that must be notified to Ofsted. We found that, Children are not safeguarded. This is because, the provider and staff failed to follow correct safeguarding policy and procedures to ensure children's safety and welfare. The provider failed to notify Ofsted and the Local Safeguarding Children Board of a significant event and that the provider did not complete a full and transparent investigation, including a summary of findings of concerns and complaints received by parents. The legal requirements for the early years foundation stage are not met. Following our inspection, we sent the provider a Welfare Requirements Notice
