Summary of complaint
On 23 September 2016 we received a complaint that raised concerns about managing behaviour, safeguarding practice and the suitability of staff caring for children. We looked into these concerns to see whether the provider was meeting the regulatory requirements for safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
p.1
Summary of complaint
We found that safeguarding procedures had not been followed and we suspended the registration of the nursery. This is because there was reasonable cause to believe that children were, or may have been, at risk of harm and time was needed to investigate the circumstances. The provider resigned their registration while the investigation was ongoing and the nursery is no longer operating.

Publication of complaints
We publish details of complaints made against childminders, home childcarers and childcare providers where we or the provider have taken action in order to meet legal requirements.

Publication of complaints
We publish details of complaints for five years commencing on the date we complete our investigation.
