importance of acceptable behaviour and to respect each other, the environment and those who share the centre. Documentation provided for parents to initially complete includes good detail about their child as an individual. Clear information about the service provided for parents and children is included in a wide range of policies and procedures. The provider and staff understand the value of working in partnership with parents and the staff within the centre. The manager appropriately demonstrates how she promotes children's safety and welfare. For example, she ensures that risk assessments of the premises and the activities that children participate in are carried out each day. Self-evaluation is in place and the manager strives to improve. She understands the importance of continually seeking staff's, children's and parents' opinions.

The provision meets requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
p.1
Inspection activities
The inspector viewed all areas of the club and the range of toys, equipment and activities available for children. The inspector held discussions with the provider and club manager. The inspector looked at and discussed a range of records, policies and procedures with the manager. The inspector checked evidence of suitability and qualifications of staff working with children and discussed the provider's self-evaluation.
