p.1

The provision does not meet requirements

 The childminder has not notified Ofsted of changes in her circumstances, with particular regard to a new family member living on the premises. Furthermore, she has not obtained relevant suitability checks for all household members aged 16 years and over. These breaches also relate to the requirements of the Childcare Register.  The childminder knows the procedures to follow to safeguard children, including how to report any welfare concerns to the relevant authorities.  The childminder reflects on her provision and she has made some improvement since the last inspection, such as renewing her paediatric first-aid qualification.  The childminder knows how to encourage positive behaviour, including teaching children right from wrong.  The childminder recognises the importance of working in partnership with parents, to share regular information and to involve them in their children's learning.  The childminder understands how to provide a range of resources and activities that

interest children and to help them make good progress in their learning.

p.1

The provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
