The provision meets requirements
The childminder recognises the value of working in partnership with parents. Documentation initially completed by parents, includes good detail on their child's care needs. In discussion, the childminder explains how she ensures that children are made aware of expectations for behaviour. She says that children learn to share and take turns. Detail on the service provided for parents and children is identified in a range of policies and procedures.
p.1
The provision meets requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
p.1
Inspection activities

The inspector looked at evidence of the childminder's training and checked evidence of the suitability of all adults in the household. The inspector checked all areas that will be used by children.
