They know and understand their responsibility to report any concerns they may have about the welfare of children. There are robust arrangements for staff recruitment and vetting. p.1
The provision meets requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
p.1
Inspection activities
The inspector viewed all areas that are used when caring for children. The inspector discussed with the provider, manager and staff how they plan to support children's play, learning and care. The inspector looked at policies, procedures and documents the manager and staff use when caring for children. The inspector checked evidence of the suitability and qualifications of staff and talked to them about their self-evaluation and improvement plans.
