This provision is outstanding
Experienced, committed, and highly enthusiastic staff provide an exceptional range of interesting and challenging activities that motivate and engage children. Staff use skilful questioning techniques to encourage children to think critically for themselves and to explore ideas, which helps to develop their knowledge and understanding extremely well. The manager and her team are very dedicated in their drive to sustain improvement. Through effective self-evaluation, they target areas for improvement, seeking children's and parents' ideas. Improvement since the last inspection is impressive. Children form exceptionally close bonds with their key person, other staff and one another. Staff respond affectionately to children and show that they respect and value their views and opinions. All children make excellent progress in their all-round learning.
