They have a vast range of toys and resources to choose from, all carefully displayed to allow children maximum independence.  The childminder is very experienced and she continuously seeks additional knowledge through her attendance at training courses, further childcare qualifications and local authority support. This has an exceptionally positive impact on the learning experiences she provides for children.  Partnerships with parents are superb. They are fully involved in their children's learning and receive a wealth of information that helps them to continue their children's learning at home. This helps to promote their physical development and communication and language as they repeat the story. The childminder is passionate about the benefits of learning outdoors and the children's love of the outside is skilfully nurtured in a variety of ways. They are emotionally prepared and developing essential physical skills in readiness for their move to school or nursery. Children quickly develop excellent social skills as they are provided with plenty of opportunities to mix with other children and adults.
