They do not robustly follow procedures to notify Ofsted of changes to the committee so suitability checks can be completed. The manager ensures all staff keep a record of the accidents children have and the action taken to treat them. However, these records are not maintained confidentially and parents can see other entries other than their own child. Staff organise activities to complement and work in partnership with school staff to help build on children's day in school. There are a wide range of resources and equipment available, such as to encourage children's physical play outside. The manager ensures staff are suitable to work in the club and keep their knowledge current. For example, they attend safeguarding training, such as child protection, and are aware of the clubs policies.

p.1
The provision does not meet requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
