interests and complement their learning elsewhere. The manager explained how she plans a variety of outings so that children are provided with opportunities to try new activities and experiences. The manager demonstrates a secure understanding of the benefits of developing effective partnerships with parents. She ensures that the provision is inclusive and part of the local community. Parents of older children who attend the holiday scheme report that they are pleased with the service provided and the information shared with them by the staff. The manager talks about how staff support children to build good relationships with adults and other children. She explains that staff support children's behaviour in a positive way and promote tolerance and mutual respect of others.
p.1
The provision does not meet requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
