confidence and independence. He will use strategies that encourage children to take responsibility for small tasks and to work cooperatively as part of a group. He will make sure they have the skills they need to help them prepare for attending school. Through discussion and using the previous documentation examples, the childminder demonstrates how he intends to use the observations and assessments to plan for children's further learning and progress. The childminder provides evidence, through discussion and previously used documents, of how he will work closely with parents and other providers to ensure children's needs are met. He has detailed information to share with parents and explains how he gathers information about children's ongoing learning needs.

The provision meets requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
p.1
Inspection activities
