Safeguarding is effective. The childminder is extremely clear about her responsibility to safeguard children in her care. The childminder has a very strong partnership with parents, which helps to greatly benefit consistency in children's care and learning. She shares and seeks a wealth of information with them about their children's achievements and development. This helps her ensure that children's care and learning opportunities are highly consistent and of very high quality. She is highly reflective and consistently evaluates her practice. Personal development, behaviour and welfare are outstanding

The childminder offers a warm and welcoming home-from-home environment. This helps children feel safe and secure. The childminder offers exceptional outdoor activities, for example, the children make sticky cardboard hats to collect items on a nature trail. Children benefit from healthy and nutritious meals, which strongly contribute towards their physical well-being and their understanding of healthy lifestyles. Care routines are carried out extremely sensitively and hygienically, this helps support children's physical well-being.

p.3

Outcomes for children are outstanding

The highly successful activities engage and challenge children. Children are inquisitive and active learners which helps them to make excellent progress.
