They review all aspects of their work and use their training to embed new ways of working to further promote children's safety.  The lead educator is highly qualified. She uses her superb knowledge to understand children's physical and emotional development. In particular, close attention is paid to periods of change for children. children's development and their precise next steps in learning. They have a depth of knowledge about the children that they care for. Staff use children's individual plans for learning to explain how children with special educational needs are supported. There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
