The provision does not meet requirements

 The childminder does not have a clear understanding of how to identify and minimise risks. She has not made her front door secure to prevent it being opened by a child. This fails to keep children safe.  The childminder has not met the all actions from the last inspection. She has not developed her understanding of requirements in order to plan for improvements to her service.  Documentation does not meet the requirements for the Childcare Register. For example, the childminder does not have a clear written statement detailing the procedures to follow for the protection of children in order to safeguard them from abuse or neglect.  The childminder is not able to explain how she promotes children's health effectively through daily routines and healthy eating habits.  The childminder has not been able to demonstrate that she is able to meet the learning and development requirements. children, she does not show that she has a clear understanding of how to plan for children's next steps and help them progress in all areas of learning.

p.1

The provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
