p.1

The provision does not meet requirements

 The childminder has not met all of the actions from her last inspection. She continues to fail to provide Ofsted with the required information regarding every person over the age of 16 years living in the home. Therefore, Ofsted is unable to complete the required suitability checks. This is also a breach of the requirements of the Childcare Register.  The childminder does not understand the requirement to review the progress of children between the ages of two and three years to identify any gaps in their learning and provide additional support where necessary.  The childminder's first-aid certificate was not available for inspection, as required.  The childminder knows how to carry out observations of children's learning and use assessment to plan activities to help children make progress in their learning.  The childminder is experienced in working with parents and other professionals to meet

children's individual needs.  The childminder knows how to help children to respect and value other people, and encourage positive behaviour, such as through praise and encouragement.

p.1

The provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
