Summary of complaint
On 20 February 2016 we received information that raised concern about the provider's ability to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. At the inspection we looked at the concerns, in particular, the requirements relating to: staff-to-child ratios. We found that children's welfare and safety is compromised. This is because the required staff-to-child ratios are not always maintained and the deployment of staff does not ensure children's needs are met. The legal requirements for the Early Years Foundation Stage are not met. Following our inspection, we sent the provider a Notice to Improve asking them to: ensure staff-to-child ratio requirements are met at all times; ensure that staff are deployed effectively to make sure their safety, well-being and learning is consistently promoted. The provider remains registered with Ofsted.
