Staff provide children with a rich, stimulating and exciting learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. Children benefit from a huge range of high-quality resources that effectively promote all seven areas of learning. Children confidently explore the environment and make independent choices about what they want to do. Staff are excellent role models and provide clear and consistent boundaries to teach children right from wrong. Children learn to respect each other, behave appropriately and work together in harmony. Observations and assessments are extremely accurate and precise and provide staff with the extensive information they need to plan for children's next steps in learning. Self-evaluation is highly effective in ensuring that the pre-school continues to improve. The manager and staff place a strong emphasis on maintaining high levels of achievement for all children and a focus on the impact of teaching on children's
