Children have access to an exceptional range of stimulating activities and experiences to motivate them across all areas of learning. However, the childminder misses some opportunities to strengthen children's early letter recognition. She is currently developing new ways for children to understand and meet their own needs. The well-qualified childminder strengthens her already excellent knowledge and keeps up to date with new ideas, through networking and regular training. This has a highly positive impact on the learning outcomes for all children.
