This is also a breach of the requirements of the Childcare Register.  The childminder is unable to demonstrate that she has completed the required training to help her understand and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage. This was required within a specified timescale at the time of registration.  The childminder has a limited understanding of the learning and development requirements in relation to the areas of learning, planning and assessment. Therefore, she is unable to ensure children make good progress. The childminder is not aware of the requirement to complete a progress check for two-year-old children.  The childminder has a secure understanding of the importance of working in partnership with parents and other professionals to support children with special

Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
