She completes regular assessments, including the progress check for two-year-old children, which helps her to identify and take action to close any gaps in the children's learning. Every day, the childminder takes time to talk to parents about their child's routine and achievements, and they have open access to their child's observation file. This helps her to meet the individual needs of the children. Children are very happy in the care of the childminder and her assistants.
