who attend. This is outstanding

Staff use their extensive teaching experience and knowledge of how children learn highly effectively. Children benefit regularly from one-to-one attention and gain essential skills for their physical, personal, social and emotional development. For example, younger children quickly learn how to share and take turns. Children develop writing skills and use these purposefully, such as making a list of marks to show how many children want a drink of water. Children are very active and independent learners. They test out their ideas and experiment, such as building different structures using sand. Children remain fully engaged in their chosen activities and play uninterrupted for long periods of time. Staff continually talk with the children and encourage their excellent listening skills. They ensure children are ready for school and children display how eager they are to learn. This means they develop essential skills for the next stage in their lives. Observations,
