who attend. This is good
The childminder has a good understanding of the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. She uses her knowledge to provide a wide range of learning opportunities based on children's interests, which cover all seven areas of learning. For example, young children are well supported as they are encouraged to explore toys and resources using their senses. They giggle with delight as they touch, taste and discover how to move things in a variety of ways. These experiences help to develop good hand-to- eye coordination. The childminder skilfully develops young children's vocabulary by encouraging their babbling through copying their sounds. She uses objects as a point of reference and repeats words back to them, so they can hear the words clearly, developing their familiarity. The childminder completes meaningful, good quality observations and assessments. She uses this information to track and plan for children's continued
