who attend. This is outstanding

The childminder has an outstanding knowledge of how children learn and provides a very exciting range of stimulating learning opportunities. Children excitedly move from one exciting activity to another which keeps them fully engaged in their learning. For example, children relish playing with a toy farm. The childminder skilfully extends the activity by asking them to guess animal noises which she plays on a tablet computer and provides animal masks for them to wear. Children then identify different animals on the tablet. The childminder makes the most of every opportunity to help children learn. For example, when children are drawing, she introduces happy and sad faces to extend their understanding of feelings. She is skilled at introducing counting and colour recognition to all parts of the children's day. For example, children confidently count snacks and name the colours of the plates and cups. The childminder thoroughly assesses children's

The childminder rigorously monitors her practice to target areas for development and gains detailed feedback from the parents to help her with this process. The childminder has made many improvements to her provision that have significantly improved children's experiences.
