demonstrate that they provide children with a choice of healthy snacks and daily opportunities for fresh air and exercise using an innovative sports programme. They also understand how to positively manage children's behaviour. The provider has implemented the recommendations set at the last inspection. Policies have been reviewed and provision made for a quiet room during sports activities for children to rest and relax. Systems for staff recruitment and vetting, as well as, staff supervision and training are a priority for the provider, who ensures professional training is current. The manager and staff have knowledge of child protection procedures and understand their responsibility to protect the welfare of the children in their care.
p.1
The provision meets requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
p.1
