The children’s home continues to make good progress. Young people achieve positive outcomes within a safe and supportive environment. They benefit from individualised care packages and staff have a good knowledge and understanding of their needs. This ensures they provide tailored responses to young people. The staff have high aspirations regardless of the complexities of the needs of young people, and the challenges they may present. Staff engage appropriately to provide support and reassurance to reduce their anxieties and promote their welfare. The Registered Manager has further developed young people's files which are more child friendly and links all key sessions to the aims of the placement plans and incidents.
