p.1

Outcome of monitoring

As a result of our inspection on 18/12/2014, we sent you a notice to improve. If you were set actions at the inspection, or as a result of our subsequent monitoring or investigations, these are included at the end of this letter.

p.1

Outcome of monitoring

The manager has worked hard to find ways to monitor the planning and assessment so that they are consistent and precise. This improvement has enabled her to identify gaps in children’s learning and work with the team to find ways of closing the gaps. Staff now complete regular and precise assessments of children and use this information to plan stimulating activities. Activities are now more purposeful and enable children to develop useful skills for the next stage in their learning.

p.1

Outcome of monitoring

Having considered all the evidence, the inspector is of the opinion that the setting has taken prompt and effective action to address the points for improvement.
