p.1

Outcome of monitoring

An interview was completed with you on 24 February 2015 where you confirmed that you are currently not childminding any children. You confirmed that you have up to date first aid training to promote children's safety within the setting and have been able to provide evidence of your certificate obtained. You had not obtained public liability insurance and therefore this legal requirement continues not to be met. You have also not made any progress with regards to arranging for the suitability checking process to be completed for a member of your household who is now over 16 years old which compromises children's safety and welfare. You have given your assurance that these issues will be promptly addressed and this will be closely monitored.

p.2

Outcome of monitoring

Having considered all the evidence, the inspector is of the opinion that the childminder has not taken prompt and effective action to address the points for improvement.

p.2

Next steps

The next step will be further monitoring.
