The provision does not meet requirements
Children are not effectively safeguarded. Not all committee members have gone through the required checks with Ofsted to ensure they are suitable for their roles. The manager has failed to ensure that staff are clear about the need to disclose any changes in their circumstances, to determine their ongoing suitability to work with children. The manager does not have consistent arrangements in place for the supervision of staff to foster a culture of mutual support, teamwork and continuous improvement. The manager understands how to create a welcoming environment. There is a suitable range of toys, equipment and resources to meet the learning needs of different age groups of children. The manager and her staff demonstrate a good understanding of how to protect children in their care. They are aware of the signs and symptoms of abuse, to help recognise when children may be at risk of harm and are confident to report concerns,

in line with Local Safeguarding Children Board guidelines. The manager demonstrates how the setting would work in partnership with parents and understands how this helps to provide children with a continuity of care, and supports their emotional well-being. The manager has good systems in place to support children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities. Toys, activities and equipment had been adapted or developed to enable every child to take part in a range of play opportunities. Thus an inclusive environment is offered.
p.1
The provision does not meet requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
