seeking advice and support from parents and relevant professionals. The manager is the designated safeguarding member of staff and has ensured that all staff have sufficient knowledge of child protection procedures and are able to follow relevant guidance. The manager fully understands her responsibility to protect the welfare of the children in her care. Self-evaluation is focused as the staff team work together and have identified areas for continuous improvement within the provision. They intend to drive for improvements in practice by continually seeking children's and parental opinions, further training and additional resources.
