Outcome of monitoring
As a result of our inspection on 30/04/2014, we sent you a welfare requirements notice. If you were set actions at the inspection, or as a result of our subsequent monitoring or investigations, these are included at the end of this letter unless we have already verified that they have been completed.

The welfare requirements notice required you to comply with the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage under the following requirements: Staff to Child Ratios, Staff Qualifications, Training, Support and Skills, Suitable People and Outings. The steps you were required to take were detailed in full in the notice sent to you on 14 May 2014. During the monitoring visit of 23 May 2014 the inspector found that you had employed additional assistants so that you can maintain appropriate adult to child ratios. You are currently sourcing First Aid training for all your assistants and in the meantime you ensure that children are always accompanied by either yourself or your existing assistant, as you both hold current First Aid certificates. You have put into place the necessary procedures for checking the suitability of your assistants. Until this has been verified, the assistants work under your supervision. You have
