p.1

The provision does not meet requirements

 Management and accountability within the club are not clear. As a result, practitioners who take the role of acting manager when the manager is not in the setting do not have a clear understanding of their responsibilities.  Some areas for improvement have been identified and acted upon; however, the recommendation relating to observations and assessment made at the last inspection has not yet been addressed.  There are good arrangements for involving children in planning the activities.  Practitioners understand how to establish secure relationships with children, and older children have good relationships with each other.
