I enjoyed nutritious meals, they helped with my school work, college and curriculum vitae's and to get in touch with my mum again when I felt ready. This includes ensuring carers receive the information they need to appropriately care for each child prior to placement and that, they complete the required mandatory training in a timely manner. Improved documentation clearly demonstrates stringent matching processes and how any identified gaps can be met.

Leadership and management

An effective system is also now in place to ensure all carers receive at least two unannounced visits a year.
